The Turkish Coast Guard (Sahil Güvenlik Komutanlığı) announced a recruitment drive for 325 specialist erbaş positions for 2026. Applications are accepted electronically via the e‑Devlet portal from 3 August to 12 August 2026; paper or postal submissions are not accepted. Eligible candidates must be Turkish male citizens, at least high‑school graduates, born on or after 1 January 1999 (under 27 years old), and have completed or be serving their military service. They must also obtain a health qualification report and pass a security investigation.

The recruitment covers eight occupational branches with the following quotas: artillery (155), motorist (40), supply‑cook (40), helmsman (30), supply‑steward (20), driver (20, land‑based), frogman (15) and medical (5). Selection proceeds through a written exam, pre‑health examination, physical fitness and swimming tests, practical skill assessments, and an interview. Successful applicants will be assigned to either water‑borne units or, for drivers, land units.

All detailed requirements and the application guide are available on the Coast Guard’s official website and the e‑Devlet portal.
