Turkey conducts municipal property auctions in Ankara and Manisa

The Ankara Execution Office announced public auctions for two debt‑encumbered properties. One is a 124 m² residential unit in Etimesgut (A Blok, 15th floor) valued at 7.5 million TL, with auction windows from 23 Sept to 30 Sept 2026 and 27 Oct to 3 Nov 2026. The second is an 85 m² commercial shop in Sincan, valued at 4.5 million TL, also subject to public bidding.

In Manisa’s Yunusemre district, the municipality issued a lease tender for several municipal properties. The tender follows the 2886 law and requires a 30 % temporary guarantee. Rental rates range from 150 000 TL for a three‑year lease to 260 000 TL for a ten‑year lease, with detailed documentation required from bidders. The deadline for submissions is 11 Aug 2026.
