Turkish courts list multiple property auctions to settle debts
Execution offices in several Turkish districts have published public notices for the forced sale of real‑estate assets to satisfy creditor claims. The notices cover properties in Kırıkkale, Ödemiş (İzmir), Kandıra (Kocaeli), Tire (İzmir), Nevşehir, Denizli and Büyükçekmece. Assets include residential apartments, commercial premises, agricultural land and mixed‑use parcels, with declared values ranging from about 1.5 million Turkish lira to over 10 million lira. Auction periods are set between July and September 2026 for most districts, while Denizli listings schedule bids in December 2026 and January 2027. All announcements are posted on the official government portal (uyap.gov.tr) and specify parcel locations, sizes, cadastral numbers and applicable VAT rates.
These sales are part of routine debt‑recovery procedures, allowing creditors to recover amounts owed by selling the debtor’s property at public auction.
