Turkey expands educational infrastructure with new school projects

New educational infrastructure projects are being implemented in Turkey through TOKİ and local government investments.

In Manisa's Akgedik neighborhood, four new schools—comprising two kindergartens, one primary school, and one middle school—have been completed. The total investment for these 64 classrooms amounts to 415.3 million lira. These facilities, including Bala Sultanlar Kindergarten, Aybalam Kindergarten, Akıncılar Primary School, and Parti Pehlivan Middle School, aim to meet the growing educational needs of the increasing population in the area.

In Gaziantep's Oğuzeli district, plans are underway for a new 24-classroom primary school in the TOKİ housing area. An tender for the project is scheduled for August 24, with a construction timeline set for 300 days following the handover of the site. Local officials have emphasized the importance of ensuring the project includes modern amenities such as libraries, laboratories, and sports areas to support comprehensive student development.
