Turkey expands summer science camps and health screenings for youth

The Denizli Science Center organized July "Summer Science Camps" for children and teenagers, offering age‑specific workshops in basic science, hands‑on experiments, robotics coding and interactive exhibitions. Hundreds of students across age groups 4‑13 participated, with programs supported by TÜBİTAK's Summer Academy and continuing into August.

At Balıkesir University, the "Hayata Dokunanlar" community provided free health screenings and basic life‑support training for prospective students and their families. Medical checks, health‑education advice and practical first‑aid instruction were delivered by university faculty and staff, aiming to raise health awareness during the enrollment period.
