Turkey gasoline prices expected to drop by 4.30 TL per liter

A significant reduction in gasoline prices is expected in Turkey due to declining Brent crude oil prices. Industry sources indicate a potential decrease of approximately 4.30 Turkish Liras per liter.

The price change is anticipated to take effect starting from midnight between Monday, October 19, and Tuesday, October 20, 2026. If the full reduction is applied to pump prices, costs for a 50-liter tank would decrease by roughly 215 Turkish Liras.

Estimated new prices in major cities include: - Istanbul (European Side): approximately 79.60 TL per liter - Istanbul (Anatolian Side): approximately 79.40 TL per liter - Ankara: approximately 80.60 TL per liter - Izmir: approximately 80.80 TL per liter

While the reduction is widely expected, the final amount remains subject to fluctuations in international oil markets and foreign exchange rates.
