Turkey holds solidarity events for martyr families and veterans

In Samsun and Diyarbakır, various organizations held events to honor martyr families and veterans. In Samsun, the Havza Social Service Center coordinated a meeting at the Havza Vocational School Physical Therapy Center to emphasize the importance of supporting the families of those who lost their lives for the nation's independence.

In Diyarbakır, the Police Force Duty Disabled and Martyr Families Foundation (EMŞAV) hosted a solidarity and honor dinner in the Kayapınar district. During the event, EMŞAV President Abdurrahman Yılmaz expressed hope that the ongoing national process toward peace and brotherhood would conclude with tranquility and the contribution of those who have made significant sacrifices.

Deputy Governor Hatice Cemre İncesu spoke at the Diyarbakır event, describing martyrdom and veteran status as profound symbols of devotion to the state and nation. She extended gratitude to the police force for their continuous service to national security. Other speakers, including Ministry of Interior Advisor Hatice Atan, noted the long-standing struggle against terrorism and the collective desire to prevent future suffering through national unity.
