Çanakkale hosts Turkey Culture Route Festival

The 16th stop of the Turkey Culture Route Festival will take place in Çanakkale from August 29 to September 6. The nine-day event features a diverse program including concerts, exhibitions, theater, and archaeological tours designed to highlight the city's historical and cultural heritage.

Music enthusiasts can attend free nightly concerts at the Anadolu Hamidiye Bastion Open Air Stage, featuring artists such as Ceza, Kıraç, Bengü, Oğuzhan Koç, Özcan Deniz, Simge, Sefo, Gökhan Türkmen, and Bayhan.

The festival also emphasizes gastronomy, showcasing Çanakkale's culinary traditions through 52 designated flavor points. The culinary program will be hosted by Michelin-starred chef Maksut Aşkar and includes other notable chefs and food historians to explore local specialties like seafood, olive oil dishes, and regional products.
