Turkey leadership poll shows Erdoğan leading preference

A new opinion poll conducted by Asal Araştırma between August 5 and August 10 reveals public preferences regarding political leadership in Turkey. The survey, which included 2,000 participants across 26 provinces, carries a margin of error of 2.5 percentage points.

According to the results, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received 27.2% of the support. Mansur Yavaş, the Mayor of Ankara, followed with 12.1%, while Ekrem İmamoğlu, the Mayor of Istanbul, received 9.4%. Other notable figures mentioned in the survey include Özgür Özel at 6.5% and Selahattin Demirtaş at 6.1%.

Approximately 18.8% of respondents indicated they would support none of the listed candidates, while 3.6% provided no opinion or declined to answer.
