Turkey lists property auction sales in Istanbul and Izmir

Two Turkish enforcement courts have published auction notices for residential properties due to unpaid debts.

In Istanbul's Bağcılar district, a 106 m² apartment on 1119 ada, parcel 4, is scheduled for auction. The unit, located on the third floor with a roof‑level extension, is valued at 7.35 million TL and the bidding will run from 1 September to 8 September 2026, with a second session from 1 October to 8 October 2026.

In Izmir's coastal town of Çeşme, a 99.2 m² duplex unit on 7596 ada, parcel 4, is offered for sale. The property, listed at 23 million TL, carries a mortgage of 28 million TL and is slated for auction from 27 July to 3 August 2026.
