Turkey men's volleyball team beats Ukraine 3-2 in VNL match

Turkey's men's national volleyball team faced Ukraine in the third week of the 2026 FIVB Volleyball Nations League on 17 July. The match, staged in Belgrade and broadcast live on TRT Spor and S Sport, saw Turkey fall behind 0‑2 after losing the first two sets 27‑25 and 25‑20.

The Turkish side rallied to win the next three sets 25‑23, 25‑16 and 15‑11, securing a 3‑2 comeback victory. The win marked Turkey’s seventh triumph in the league, keeping the team in contention for a quarter‑final spot with 17 points, tied with Ukraine in the standings.

Turkey’s next opponent in the VNL will be Slovenia, with the tournament’s final stage slated for Ningbo, China.
