Turkey: Ministry approves industrial expansion in Konya

The Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology has approved a public interest decision regarding the expansion of the Beyşehir Organized Industrial Zone (OSB). The decision facilitates the expropriation of 41,569.97 square meters of land located in the Hüyük district of Konya.

The approved area includes 13 private parcels in the Hüyük neighborhood. This expansion is intended to create new infrastructure for industrial activities and foster economic growth in the Beyşehir and Hüyük regions.

Hüyük Mayor Sadık Sefer announced the approval, noting that the move marks a significant milestone for the district's industrial development. He expressed gratitude to Ministry officials and local leadership for their support in the process.
