Turkey Ministry of Trade issues new permits for 617 firms

The Turkish Ministry of Trade has released the permit and cancellation lists for the September 2026 period via the Official Gazette. According to the announcement, 617 companies were granted inward processing permits (D1) to support export-oriented production. These permits allow businesses to benefit from customs advantages and tax exemptions when importing raw materials and intermediate goods required for manufacturing.

In addition to new permits, the Ministry published lists for domestic sales and delivery documents (D3) and outward processing permits. Regarding cancellations, a total of 28 inward processing permits were revoked in September; 21 were cancelled at the request of the firms, while 7 were cancelled officially by the Ministry.
