Turkey municipal land auctions scheduled in İzmir's Güzelbahçe and Bursa's Orhangazi

The Güzelbahçe Municipality in İzmir will auction four properties on 8 July 2026. Three parcels in Çamlı Mahallesi, each about 1,336 m², have a starting price of 21 million Turkish lira, with a temporary deposit of 630,000 TL. A duplex in Yelki Mahallesi will start at 26 million TL, requiring a 780,000 TL deposit.

In Orhangazi, Bursa, the Kaymakamlık’s Milli Emlak office will auction an 108.46 m² “avlulu kargir ev” in Camikebir Mahallesi on 9 July 2026. The fixed price is set at 7,727,160 TL, with a 772,716 TL deposit. Buyers who pay 25% upfront may settle the balance in eight equal installments over two years. The sale includes earthquake‑safety guarantees, exemption from property tax for five years, and waivers of VAT, stamp duty and other fees.
