Turkey Official Gazette announces new trade and professional regulations

Recent editions of the Official Gazette in Turkey have introduced several regulatory changes across various sectors.

In the August 25 issue, new regulations were established for the Learning, Teaching, Application, and Research Center at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Additionally, amendments were made to the communiqué regarding the working principles and procedures for ambulance and emergency care technicians, as well as emergency medical technicians.

The August 24 issue featured a new regulation concerning preferential trade between Turkey and the Maldives, specifically addressing the determination of the preferential origin of goods. Furthermore, changes were made to the regulations of the Chamber of City Planners regarding professional services, office registration, professional inspection, and minimum fee arrangements. Both issues included announcements regarding tenders and daily values for government domestic debt securities as determined by the Central Bank.
