Turkey pension difference payments pending, schedule not yet announced

The Ministry of Labour and Social Security and Minister Vedat Işıkhan have not published an official calendar for the salary‑difference payments owed to civil‑servants and 4C retirees. Public expectations center on transfers before the end of July or in the first days of August. Detailed payment dates for SSK (4A) retirees depend on the last digit of the allocation number, with payments scheduled from July 17 to July 26. Bağ‑Kur (4B) retirees have a similar staggered schedule from July 25 to July 28 based on allocation numbers.

Following the July salary increase, SSK and Bağ‑Kur retirees received a 17.76% raise, while civil‑servants saw a 13.52% increase. The difference payment rate was set at 6.09%, potentially yielding payouts up to 13,500 TL for some beneficiaries. Payments for SSK 4A retirees began on July 17 and will continue through July 26 according to allocation numbers.
