Turkey approves 1.48 billion TL sale of state properties in Istanbul and Ankara

The Privatization Administration has approved the sale of several state-owned properties in Istanbul and Ankara, totaling approximately 1.48 billion TL. These decisions were published in the Official Gazette following presidential approval.

In Istanbul, Ceynak Lojistik ve Ticaret AŞ submitted the highest bid of 1.21 billion TL for properties in the Kemerburgaz area of Eyüpsultan. Should the winning company fail to fulfill its obligations, the sale would proceed to the second-highest bidder, Sarılar İnşaat ve Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, at 1.205 billion TL.

In Ankara, two separate sales were finalized. Carpartner Yardım ve Destek Hizmetleri Otomotiv Nakliyat Taahhüt Ticaret Ltd. Şti. secured a property in Çankaya for 155 million TL, while Arslanlar İnşaat Mimarlık ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. won a bid for properties in Mamak totaling 118.8 million TL.

Separately, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change is organizing a large-scale auction for 660 plots of land across 24 provinces in Turkey. This includes 17 plots in Batman and one in Diyarbakır, aimed at providing investment opportunities in the Southeast Anatolia region.
