Turkey publishes university and banking regulations in Official Gazette on July 12, 2026

On 12 July 2026 the Turkish Official Gazette was released, containing decisions signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan that came into force at midnight. The publication included amendments to the statutes of several higher‑education institutions, such as the Women Studies Center at Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University, the Health Application and Research Center at Bitlis Eren University, and both undergraduate and graduate education regulations at Boğaziçi University. In addition, the Gazette listed various public notices covering judicial announcements, tender information, and the Central Bank’s daily values for state debt securities. These measures reflect routine governmental updates to university governance and financial instruments.

The release underscores the role of the Official Gazette as Turkey’s authoritative platform for disseminating legal and administrative changes to the public and affected entities.
