Turkey recruits school staff via TYP program in Manisa and Isparta

Under the Community Benefit Program (TYP), various regions in Turkey are recruiting staff to support schools for the 2026-2027 academic year. This initiative is a collaboration between the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Interior, and İŞKUR.

In Manisa, 1,594 positions are being filled, consisting of 531 garden attendants and 1,063 cleaning staff. Applications for garden roles are open from August 27 to August 31, 2026, while cleaning roles accept applications from August 28 to September 1, 2026. Successful candidates are scheduled to begin work on September 10, 2026.

In Isparta, 236 people will be employed for six months, with 30 of those positions allocated to schools in Yalvaç. Applications for this program run from August 24 to August 28, 2026. Selected personnel will assist with school garden supervision, entry and exit order, and supporting teachers during garden duties. Priority will be given to candidates holding private security certificates.
