University students in Turkey are preparing for upcoming financial support opportunities through the İŞKUR Youth Program and KYK scholarships/loans for the 2026 period.

To participate in the İŞKUR Youth Program, students must be Turkish citizens aged 18 or older and enrolled in formal education at a state university. Applicants must maintain an active 'Job Seeker' profile on the İŞKUR e-Branch and apply through their specific university's announcements. Eligibility requires that the student has not been employed or reported under Law No. 5510 in the month preceding the application.

Regarding KYK scholarships and loans, the Ministry of Youth and Sports has not yet released the official 2026-2027 application calendar. Based on previous years, applications are expected to open around mid-October via the e-Devlet portal. Students apply for both scholarships and loans simultaneously through a single application; those not selected for a scholarship are typically offered a repayable loan.
