Turkey to see new luxury hotel openings in Bodrum

Turkey is preparing for a new wave of hotel and resort openings to expand its tourism offerings. Notable upcoming developments include high-end luxury projects in the Bodrum region.

The Bulgari Resort & Mansions is scheduled to open in Bodrum in 2028. Located in the Türkbükü coastline area, the complex will feature 43 rooms and suites, 40 independent villas, and 101 exclusive Bulgari residences. The site will include several dining options, such as La Spiaggia, Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, and the Japanese restaurant Hoseki.

Additionally, the NG Sign Hotel in Bodrum is expected to open in 2027. This villa-style hotel will offer accommodations ranging from two to six bedrooms, designed with large glass surfaces to maximize natural light.
