Turkey U16 National Team defeats Georgia in friendly matches

The Turkish U16 National Football Team secured two victories against Georgia in a series of friendly matches held at the Of District Stadium. In the first match on August 20, Turkey won 1-0. In the second match on August 22, Turkey won 2-1 with goals from Selim Cihan in the 7th minute and Bedirhan Çalhanoğlu in the 89th minute. Georgia's lone goal was an own goal by Haktan Elmas in the 41st minute.

Turkish Football Federation (TFF) General Secretary Abdullah Ayaz attended the matches and congratulated the technical staff and players following the second game.
