ÖSYM manages YKS placement results and upcoming weekend exams

The Measuring, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) is managing several major examination processes in Turkey. Following the conclusion of the YKS additional placement period, which ran from September 17 to September 21, candidates are awaiting official results to determine their university placements.

Additionally, ÖSYM has announced a weekend examination schedule involving three distinct tests. On Saturday, the e-YDS 2026/10 English exam will be held in electronic testing centers across Adana, Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir. Results for this exam are expected to be released on the same day.

On Sunday, two professional exams will take place: the Law Professions Entrance Exam (2026-HMGS/2) and the Administrative Judiciary Preliminary Exam (2026-İYÖS). The HMGS is open to law graduates and those with recognized foreign law degrees, while the İYÖS is for graduates in fields such as political science, economics, and finance. Candidates for both Sunday exams must score at least 70 out of 100 to pass. Results for these exams are scheduled to be announced on October 22.
