Sivrioğlu said, "Konya’da 53 Lezzet Noktası bile az kaldı," adding that limiting the selection to only three dishes would have been "çok zor". The chosen sites showcase Konya’s rich Seljuk culinary heritage, featuring dishes such as tandır böreği, furun kebabı, etli ekmeği and Bamya soup, as well as local products like Beyşehir tarhanası, Bozkır tahini, kenevir helvası and the distinctive Konya küflüsü cheese.
