Turkey's DMM identifies foreign-sourced psychological warfare strategy

The Center for Combating Disinformation (DMM), under the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, has identified an attempt to implement a foreign-sourced psychological warfare strategy targeting the country. The DMM stated that these efforts aim to undermine social unity, brotherhood, and the climate of peace within the nation.

In response, judicial and administrative processes have been initiated against entities producing disinformation and provocations based on false claims. Relevant institutions are reportedly taking continuous and sensitive measures to counter these activities. The DMM has urged citizens to remain vigilant against malicious content and to rely solely on official statements rather than unverified social media posts.
