Turkey's gasoline and diesel prices hold steady in early June 2026
Fuel prices across Turkey remained unchanged between June 5 and June 6, 2026. In Istanbul's European side, gasoline (95 octane) was priced at 63.45 TL per litre and diesel at 66.31 TL; the Anatolian side showed 63.31 TL for gasoline and 66.17 TL for diesel. Prices in Ankara and İzmir were modestly higher, ranging from about 64.4 TL to 67.7 TL for gasoline and diesel respectively. No price adjustments were reported despite recent fluctuations in global Brent crude, which dipped to as low as $97.60 before trading around $98 per barrel.
Consumer groups welcomed the price stability ahead of the summer travel season, noting that the lack of change helps motorists planning long trips. Regional variations were minor, and distributors advised drivers to check local station displays or mobile apps for precise pricing.
