Turkey's Hospital and Karacasu Municipality Issue Property Lease and Sale Tenders

The Education and Research Hospital in Turkey announced a public tender to lease a 225 m² cafeteria space on its ground‑floor main building for three years, with a one‑year rental rate of 308,000 TL. The tender, scheduled for 23 July 2026 at 10:00, follows the procedures of the 2886 State Procurement Law.

Karacasu Municipality also published a tender for the sale of one municipal land parcel and the lease of five commercial properties, including a restaurant, shops, a café, a depot and additional shop spaces. Bids are to be submitted on 16 July 2026 at the municipal meeting hall, with a backup date of 23 July 2026 if needed. The auction follows the same procurement law and outlines rental rates and temporary guarantee requirements for each unit.
