Turkey's ISKUR launches regional employment programs in Hakkari and Bingöl

The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) announced two regional workforce integration programmes (İşgücü Uyum Programı). In Hakkâri, a joint effort with the provincial Directorate of National Education will enrol 26 participants – 17 in Hakkâri centre, 1 in Durankaya, 4 in Yüksekova and 4 in Şemdinli – starting 3 August 2026 and ending 30 September 2026. Applicants must be Turkish citizens, registered with İŞKUR, over 18, not receiving pension benefits, and have been unemployed and uninsured for the previous month.

In Bingöl, İŞKUR opened 30 positions under the Forest and Nature Conservation Directorate, offering a daily wage of 1,375 TL and mandatory health insurance. Work begins 3 August 2026 and continues until 29 May 2027, with a schedule of five days a week for the first four weeks, then three days a week thereafter. Eligibility criteria mirror the Hakkâri programme, focusing on income limits and exclusion of recent employment or insurance participation.
