Turkey's KPSS 2026 Application Periods Announced

The Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) released the full 2026 schedule for Turkey's public personnel exam, KPSS. License‑level applications opened on 1 July 2026 and close at 23:59 on 13 July 2026. Applicants who miss the deadline may submit a late application on 22‑23 July, subject to a 50 % surcharge.

Following the license window, pre‑license applications are accepted from 29 July to 10 August, secondary‑education (Ortaöğretim) applications run 27 August to 8 September, and the Religious Service Knowledge Test (DHBT) is open 22 September to 30 September. Exam dates are set for 6 September (license General Ability‑General Culture), 12‑13 September (field‑specific tests), 30 September (DHBT), and 1 November for the DHBT final session. Results will be posted on 7 October.

All applications are processed through the ÖSYM online candidate system using national ID numbers and password credentials. Candidates are advised to monitor ÖSYM announcements to avoid missing deadlines.
