Turkey's Ministry of Justice launches Human-Oriented Development Bureau

The Turkish Ministry of Justice has launched the ‘Human-Oriented Development Bureau’ under the General Directorate of Personnel. The initiative is designed to support the professional and personal development of staff working in the central organization and various courthouses across Turkey.

According to Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek, the bureau aims to strengthen human resources to ensure success in justice services. The office will provide psychological counseling and guidance services through expert psychologists. These services include individual counseling, family counseling, couples therapy, and child and adolescent counseling.

Support will be available to all judicial personnel nationwide through both face-to-face and online formats. The bureau's establishment is intended to address diverse needs, such as workload management and family issues, to enhance both individual well-being and the overall quality of justice services.
