Turkey's Nar and Sultangazi Municipalities Announce Property Auction

The Nar Municipality in Nevşehir province and the Sultangazi Municipality in Istanbul have issued closed‑bid tender notices for the sale of municipal land parcels. Both announcements list the property specifications, the estimated sale price (approximately 215,681 TL for Nar and 30,000 TL for Sultangazi), and note that the transactions are exempt from Value‑Added Tax. The Nar auction is scheduled for 04 August 2026 at the municipal building in Nar, while the Sultangazi auction will be held on the same date at the municipal council room in Uğurmumcu neighbourhood. Interested parties must submit required documents, including identity verification, notarized signatures, and proof of temporary security deposits, by the stipulated deadlines.

These sales are conducted under Turkey’s public procurement law (Law No. 2886), using the “closed‑offer” procedure, and participants are required to pay the full purchase amount within fifteen days of award notification.
