Turkey's Police Academy Sets 2026 PMYO Admission Scores and Application Timeline

The Police Academy (Polis Akademisi Başkanlığı) announced that candidates for the Police Vocational High School (PMYO) in 2026 must achieve a minimum of "en az 250 ham TYT puanı" on the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT). For relatives of martyrs or service‑injured personnel, the threshold is expected to be "200 ham TYT puanı". Applicants must also be between 18 and 26 years old, meet height requirements (at least 167 cm for men, 162 cm for women) and have a Body Mass Index between 18 and 27.

The official admission guide has not yet been published, and the application window is anticipated to open in the first week of August 2026. Interested candidates will submit their requests through the online e‑Devlet system once the dates are confirmed.
