Turkey's Privatization Agency Announces Sale of 12 Properties in Five Provinces

The Treasury and Finance Ministry’s Privatization Administration (Özelleştirme İdaresi Başkanlığı) issued a tender to sell 12 immovable assets located in five provinces: Muş (four parcels), Ankara Çankaya (three parcels), Antalya Kaş (two parcels), Antalya Manavgat (one parcel), Kırklareli Lüleburgaz (one parcel) and Bursa Mustafakemalpaşa (one parcel).

Bidding deadlines are set for 18 August for the Muş parcels, 19 August for Kırklareli, Bursa and Antalya parcels, and 20 August for the Ankara parcels. Offers must be delivered in person to the agency’s Ankara office by 18:00 on the respective deadline. The auction will be carried out by sealed‑envelope submission, a negotiation (pazarlık) phase, and a final open‑auction session. Specification fees range from 7,500 to 25,000 Turkish lira, and temporary guarantees must be between 2 million and 10 million lira. This tender is part of a broader privatization program that aims to convert state‑owned real‑estate assets into private ownership.
