Turkey's Super Loto jackpot nears 1 billion TL record

The Super Loto draw reached a prize of 961,284,353 Turkish lira, the highest amount in the game’s history. The record‑breaking jackpot, just under 1 billion TL, will be contested in a draw scheduled for 7 June. The previous peak was 641,888,317 TL won on 6 May 2025.

Ticket agents reported a surge in sales across the country. Kenan Erer, a retailer in Gebze, said, “Everyone’s dreams have grown. People are using lucky numbers or children’s birth dates, hoping the jackpot will soon be paid out.” Several players described what they would do with the winnings, ranging from buying homes and cars to funding travel abroad and even founding a football team.

The excitement has also driven increased traffic to the official online portal, where players can check results and query tickets.
