TOKİ launches auction of 737 land parcels in 49 Turkish provinces
Turkey's Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) announced that 737 land parcels across 49 provinces will be sold by public auction on 12, 13 and 14 August 2026. The auctions will start at 10:30 each day at Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building, with an online bidding option.
The parcels cover a total of 2,777,954 m² and have a combined nominal value of 18,724,303,030 lira. Prices start at 315,000 lira. Buyers can choose a 25 % down‑payment with a 48‑month term, a 30 % down‑payment with the same term, or pay in full and receive a 15 % cash‑payment discount. The land is earmarked for residential, commercial, tourism, agricultural, industrial, sports, special‑education, urban‑work, recreation, fuel‑station and afforestation uses.
