Turkey's top judges strengthen ties with China and domestic academy

Constitutional Court President Kadir Özkaya led a Turkish delegation to China from July 29 to August 1, meeting Supreme People’s Court President Zhang Jun, officials of the Ministry of Justice and the National People’s Congress. The talks covered the structure and operation of high courts, constitutional adjudication, and the use of digital transformation and artificial‑intelligence technologies in the judiciary.

HSK Vice President and Second Chamber President Fuzuli Aydoğdu visited the Turkey Justice Academy, where he met its President Metin Yıldırım. The two discussed ways to deepen institutional cooperation, enhance training for judges and prosecutors, and improve the efficiency of judicial services in Turkey.
