Turkey's Youth and Sports Ministry to hire 190 contract staff

The Youth and Sports Ministry (Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı) announced a recruitment of 190 contract personnel – 40 attorneys and 150 engineers – for its central and provincial branches. The hiring will be conducted without written or oral examinations; candidates will be placed solely on the basis of their KPSS P3 scores.

Applications are accepted electronically via the e-Devlet portal and the Kariyer Kapısı system from 22 June 2026 (00:00) until 26 June 2026 (17:00). Eligibility requires Turkish citizenship, age of at least 18, no retirement or disability pension, no prior 4/B contract, and at least 360 days of professional experience after graduation (social security contributions counted, internships excluded). Engineer positions cover four groups: Electrical/Electronic, Construction, Mechanical, and Mapping. Successful applicants will receive contract appointments under the ministry’s staffing plan.

The recruitment details, including the exact distribution of engineering quotas (42 in Electrical/Electronic, 54 in Construction, 52 in Mechanical, 2 in Mapping) and the legal criteria for attorney candidates, were published in the Official Gazette.
