The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced that it will recruit a total of 550 contract personnel for its provincial directorates: 100 dietitians, 150 psychologists and 300 social workers. Applications will be accepted electronically from 20 July to 24 July 2026 through the Presidential Career Portal, with candidates selected based on their 2024 KPSS B‑group P3 scores and a subsequent oral exam. Only one position per applicant and per province may be applied for; paper or in‑person submissions are not accepted.
The recruitment covers 81 provinces. The largest allocation is in Istanbul (77 positions: 3 dietitians, 28 psychologists, 46 social workers), followed by Izmir (36), Konya (31) and Ankara (23). Detailed quotas for each province were published, ranging from a single vacancy in some locations to dozens in major cities.
Eligibility requirements include Turkish citizenship, being at least 18 years old, not receiving a pension, and not currently holding a 4/B contract with any public institution. Candidates must hold the appropriate university degree for the position they seek and must pass security and health checks.
