Turkish actresses Beyza Gümülcine and Ezgi Asaroğlu draw attention

Turkish actress Beyza Gümülcine, known for her role as Leyla Breger in the series ‘Güneşin Doğduğu Yer’ alongside Burak Özçivit, has drawn attention for her professional background. A graduate of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Law in 2019, Gümülcine practiced as a lawyer for approximately two years before transitioning into acting through modeling and commercial projects.

Additionally, actress Ezgi Asaroğlu, recognized for her role as Leyla Yılmaz in the series ‘Leyla ile Mecnun’, has resurfaced in public interest. Asaroğlu, who studied anthropology at Istanbul University, left the production in 2011 following a reported physical altercation involving co-star Ushan Çakır, which led to the termination of Çakır’s contract.
