Turkish Airlines to resume flights to Cuba via Istanbul

Turkish Airlines has begun selling flights to Cuba, scheduled to resume from October 27. The new route will connect Moscow's Vnukovo Airport to Havana's José Martí International Airport via a layover in Istanbul.

The airline had previously suspended these operations in March due to a fuel shortage crisis on the island and a decline in passenger demand. The resumption of this route provides a new connection for travelers between Cuba and destinations in Russia, Europe, and Asia.

Ticket prices for economy class round-trips have been listed starting at approximately 136,000 to 137,000 rubles. The airline's service includes specific baggage allowances, such as two checked bags of 23 kilograms each, a carry-on bag, and a small personal item.
