Turkish artists launch breast cancer awareness project

Artists and public figures have launched the ‘Strong Fists, Strong Women’ project to promote the importance of early diagnosis in breast cancer. Organized through a collaboration between the Turkish Cancer Association and Brand İletişim Ahmet Yılmaz, the project’s launch took place at the Fairmont Quasar Istanbul.

The initiative features a photography series by Orkun Ölmez, where participants used symbols such as boxing gloves, pink ribbons, and scarves to represent the fight against cancer and female solidarity. The exhibition is scheduled to be displayed at Galataport until October 11 to reach a wider audience and emphasize life-saving awareness.
