Turkish authorities announce new public procurement tenders

The General Directorate of Security of Turkey will launch an open tender (registration No. 2026/12654031) for the acquisition of SMS and OTP messaging services. The contract period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with the work to begin on the first day of the contract.

The Konya Metropolitan Municipality will also issue an open tender (registration No. 2026/13027831) for organizing the 13th Konya Book Days, covering 45 items of service and supplies. Work is to commence within five days of signing the contract and will be delivered within 90 days.

Both tenders are being conducted under the open‑procedure rules of Turkey’s Public Procurement Law No. 4734.
