Turkish authorities announce real estate auctions in İzmir and Balıkesir

Public authorities in Turkey have announced upcoming real estate auctions for various properties.

The Bergama Milli Emlak Şefliği in İzmir is auctioning a property in Çamköy, Bergama. The site consists of a 388-square-meter garden and masonry house, currently zoned as a residential area. The estimated sale price is 2,886,450 TL, with the auction scheduled for October 27, 2026.

Separately, the Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality is holding a tender for a plot of land in the Paşaalanı neighborhood of the Karesi district. The property is currently utilized as a fuel and service station. The auction is set to take place on October 21, 2026, via a closed tender process.
