Law enforcement agencies in Çanakkale and Ankara have conducted extensive security inspections near schools to ensure student safety and maintain public order during the academic term.

In Çanakkale, the Provincial Gendarmerie Command inspected 523 school vicinities, 402 abandoned buildings, and 747 public areas between September 14 and October 15. During these operations, authorities questioned 8,801 individuals and inspected 4,479 vehicles and 1,129 drivers. Additionally, 51 school service vehicles were penalized.

In Ankara, coordinated inspections held from October 1 to October 20 resulted in the identification of 14 wanted individuals and administrative actions against 22 people for violations of the Misdemeanor Law. Authorities inspected 1,380 workplaces, 5,832 vehicles—including 1,934 school shuttles—and 159 abandoned buildings. A total of 64 vehicles were fined 1,564,774 TL for traffic violations.
