Turkish banks announce October 2026 retiree promotions and credit campaigns

Turkish banks have updated their promotional offers for retirees and new customers for October 2026. For retirees, several institutions are offering cash promotions tied to three-year salary commitments. Garanti BBVA is offering up to 25,000 TL, while Vakıf Katılım provides between 8,750 TL and 25,000 TL based on salary brackets. DenizBank offers up to 12,000 TL in cash plus an additional 18,000 TL for new accounts, and ING provides up to 32,000 TL in total through unconditional cash promotions. Akbank is offering up to 15,000 TL, Ziraat Bankası provides an advantage package up to 90,000 TL including interest-free loans, and Halkbank offers between 8,000 TL and 12,000 TL.

In addition to retiree benefits, banks have launched various credit and cash usage campaigns for new customers. These include zero-interest options for installment cash advances and overdraft accounts. Enpara offers combined packages up to 175,000 TL, including 75,000 TL at 0% interest. Garanti BBVA and Akbank are offering zero-interest installments for various credit and cash products, while İş Bankası and DenizBank also feature zero-interest options for short-term installments. TEB and Yapı Kredi have similarly introduced zero-interest installment cash advances and overdraft accounts for limited durations.
