Turkish banks launch July retirement pension promotion packages

Several Turkish banks announced new July promotions for retirees receiving pension payments. The schemes offer cash bonuses that can reach up to 35,000 TL depending on the pension amount, with additional incentives such as automatic bill‑payment instructions, credit‑card usage, and bringing a retired relative to the bank.

Ziraat Bank updated its offer, providing up to 12,000 TL in cash bonuses for pensioners, plus a 40,000 TL interest‑free loan, up to 6,000 TL in bill‑payment refunds, and monthly Bankkart rewards of up to 6,000 TL. Other banks—including Albaraka Türk, Akbank, Denizbank, Garanti BBVA, ING, and İş Bank—presented tiered bonus structures ranging from 10,000 TL to 35,000 TL, with extra rewards tied to specific account activities.
