Central Bank of Türkiye increases FAST transfer limits to 300,000 TL
The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye has announced a significant update to the transaction limits of the FAST (Instant and Continuous Transfer of Funds) system. Effective August 26, 2026, the upper limit for standard FAST money transfers and transactions via the Payment Request Layer Service will increase from 100,000 TL to 300,000 TL.
The regulation also extends to commercial operations. The limit for dynamic verified workplace payments using FAST-TR QR codes will be raised from 250,000 TL to 300,000 TL. This adjustment aims to meet the evolving needs of the digital payment ecosystem and facilitate higher-value transactions for both individuals and businesses without the need for traditional banking hours.
