Turkish representatives include Fenerbahçe Opet, Galatasaray Çağdaş Faktoring and the qualifying‑round side Emlak Konut, alongside teams such as Athinaikos Qualco, Valencia Basket Club and ZVVZ USK Praha. The qualifying draw took place on 16 July in Munich, with seedings based on the clubs' performances in the past three European campaigns.

Separately, the Basketball Champions League announced that the champion and the finalist of its 11th season will receive direct entry to the new NBA‑FIBA Europe League launching in autumn 2027. If Galatasaray and Trabzonspor reach the Champions League final, they will secure spots in the inaugural season of the NBA‑backed competition. The Champions League group stage begins on 6 October, and league officials highlighted the historic opportunity for Turkish clubs to join the new European showcase.
