Turkish clubs Rizespor and Beşiktaş detail squad plans for upcoming season

Rizespor coach Recep Uçar said the club will keep the core of its squad while making careful adjustments ahead of the new Süper Lig season. He mentioned possible contract talks with Casper Hojer and Sagnan, confirmed departures of several players on loan and noted that Samet Akaydın has signed for Trabzonspor.

Beşiktaş, under new manager Vincenzo Italiano, is pursuing a transfer for 24‑year‑old midfielder Aral Şimşir. The club has reportedly offered 9 million euros, while Midtjylland demands 15 million euros. Other clubs, including Lille and San Diego, have also shown interest, but Beşiktaş is determined to add Şimşir to its roster.
