Turkish companies announce dividend decisions and Borsa İstanbul buybacks

Several Turkish companies have announced their dividend decisions. Gübre Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. (GUBRF) will pay a gross dividend of 4.4910179 TL per share, resulting in a net amount of 3.8173652 TL, though the payment date is not yet set. Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (SUNTK) announced a gross dividend of 0.5165 TL per share, with a net amount of 0.439025 TL, scheduled for payment on October 5. Etiler Gıda ve Ticari Yatırımlar Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (ETILR) set a payment date of November 13 for a gross dividend of 0.0179792 TL per share.

Other companies, including Galatasaray Sportif Sınai ve Ticari Yatırımlar A.Ş. (GSRAY), Gediz Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (GEDZA), Smartiks Yazılım A.Ş. (SMART), Ekinciler Demir ve Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. (EKDMR), EYG Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (EYGYO), and Ulusoy Elektrik İmalat Taahhüt ve Ticaret A.Ş. (ULUSE), have all decided not to distribute dividends.

In separate market activity, share buybacks on Borsa İstanbul reached a total of 2.27 billion TL during the week of September 28 to October 2, 2026. During this period, companies repurchased a total of 221,342,805 shares. TRALT recorded the highest buyback volume during the first four days of the week, while GRTHO led the buybacks on Friday.
